If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on items that haven’t been cared for the correct way. 

Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned, therefore we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a safe, trackable and insured delivery service.

Voilà le Vélo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Taking care of your panties

Panties, due to their delicate nature, are to be hand washed preferably.
For washing machine lovers, please go for a delicate program at 30 degrees with similar colours.

-Wash dark and light colored fabrics separately
-Hang or lay flat to dry in shade
-Do not dry in direct sunlight
-Do not bleach
-Cool iron on reverse
