RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your Voilà le Vélo pieces. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 15 days of receipt for a refund or size exchange.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all garments must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their exact original condition with all tags attached.

• Hygiene First: For hygiene reasons, please try on all lingerie over your own undergarments. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items showing any signs of wear, scent, or removed tags.

• Garment Care: No refunds or exchanges will be given on items that have not been cared for according to our care instructions (hand-wash only).

RETURN SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY

• Shipping Fees: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is faulty, damaged, or sent in error by us. In such instances, Voilà le Vélo will cover all return shipping expenses.

• Safe Delivery: Return items remain your responsibility until they reach our atelier. We strongly recommend using a trackable, signed-for, and insured delivery service.

• Lost Packages: Voilà le Vélo cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit back to us.
